Scrabble Tile Files #1

We have been using our scrabble tiles as a display for a few months now. The other day I was thinking about which word to choose for an update, but had an idea that interrupted me.

We will use our Scrabble tiles as a tool to help us focus on different virtues for 2013. Already, the lads are reminding one another about being considerate.

con·sid·er·a·tion
/kənˌsidəˈrāSHən/
Noun
Careful thought, typically over a period of time.
A fact or a motive taken into account in deciding or judging something.
Synonyms
regard – deliberation – respect

We have had to state on more than one occasion that the point of our Scrabble exercise is in fact to build these traits in our OWN lives, not something we remind others to do! It has been wonderful to see the impact of having a word on display, therefore in the front of our minds. I think this is gong to be a cool experiment for our family.

We shall sit with consideration for now, and I will let you know when it is time to swap our letters.
